Well it may not have been a brilliant summer weather wise, but we certainly cannot complain about the autumn. Longer cooler nights and the shorter days, a mix of cool and warm changes that have enabled a bit of getting out and about without being wet freezing. Today it was a cool start to the day with a light high cloud but as the day went on the sun through some warm rays of sunlight for us to get our vitamin D charge for the day. With Jude being in hospital in a painful state for the past week and myself a little run down from being there for support and lack of sleep ended up with a bit of a lurgie to recover from as well (thanks niece Ajiah lol).

Jude just enjoying the warmth of the day.

Today Jude and I decided we needed to have a walk to freshen up and get some blood circulating so headed off to Riverton for a light beach walk. The sun was doing its best to avoid the encroaching clouds that hung ominously to the northwest and there was that coastal wind although light as it was.

Riverton is the Riviera of the South.

It was just so refreshing to have such a good day to be out and about and during the short walk we sat down just to admire the view at Riverton in the warmth of the sun.
