Tonight Arlie’s netball team SGHS took on Hargest High in what was a tough game for the girls. Arlie started as goal shoot in the first quarter and unfortunately didn’t get too many opportunities as Hargest was attacking well giving the Girls High defense a pretty tough time. In all credit to Hargest their ball skills were more on target tonight while Southland Girls High struggled with their passing accuracy.
Arlie sat out the 2nd quarter and returned as goal attack in the 3rd and 4th quarters. The Southland Girls picked up their game putting in a good challenge in the last two quarters, attacking well even though Hargest kept up some awesome defensive work, it was awesome to see Arlie nail a couple of nets… very proud of her. Unfortunately I forgot to count the end score but I do know Hargest won well.
