Well as the days get shorter and the nights longer, we’re definitely noticing the colder evenings and mornings kicking in. However today was one out of the box as summer squeezed in one more day.

Although it was a foggy and frosty morning the promise of a the fog lifting to expose a warm cracker day was just what the body needed. First up was applying the last coat of paint to the cottage guest room window followed by a trip down to the village to empty the cassette ( moho’ers will understand) and pick up some chook food.

Sun shine is a beautiful sight today

After brunch Blake was hanging around the Moho putting the sad lonely eye on us to pressure us to hurry up and take for his daily river swim and walk around the farm. It was such a great day for the six kilometre walk and warm enough to take the shirt off and catch some vitamin D.
