Well it’s been a long time since we have put a post up and many will be wondering “where the bloody hell are ya”. Where?…. This year Aotearoamer is parked up at Trevelyan’s Pack and Cool Stores…. While the rest of the country is having a ho hum summer, Motueka has been having a pretty good summer season, not as good as the last couple of years, but overall better than most other places. Jude and I have enjoyed some hot as days and caught up with some friends we have met during our Moho life. First Wildlife Encounter This Post is the final post from our Canadian adventure and covers the rest of our road trip. Thanks to Jude whom has done a great Job with hours of writing from her countless notes. Osoyoos now visited and enjoyed for a couple of days it’s off east again with our destination Christina Lake camp ground called Texus Creek. After leaving the Waikato where we spent time with Alan and Linda, riding part of the Te Awa trail Cambridge to the Velodrome a pleasant 11 km, of course great coffee at the Bikery cafe.Onto Tamahere where we stay with Jeremy and Annie, ride from Hamilton Gardens which are fabulous “note to one self go back in the spring!” We follow the Waikato river via the Te Awa river trail a well maintained trail on the banks of the river being early winter the trees losing there leaves a beautiful starkness.
