Really amazed at how fast time can pass you by when you’re busy out and about doing things. Doing things in Canterbury is easy to do as there is so much to do. Now as you can see by our previous posts, we have been busy, many bike rides and walks around Christchurch and the Port Hills. Looks like the Kim and Tom have got things sorted in the first days of their Canadian experience, with the necessary details and information established its off for a familiarity recon around the local area they’re staying. With a temperature of about 30 degrees its a big change from the deep south of NZ at this time of the year. Envy these guys and their adventurous demeanor and both Jude and I are probably as excited as they are. From Jill & Lester – As I’ve said before, Mexico never ceases to surprise. Every day has been a blast. Today for example our plan for the day was to hire a couple of bikes and check out Merida a city of about 800,000. From Jill & Lester – Well some of you who received way to many snap chats of ruins today might have guessed that we were mighty impressed with what unfolded before us today. I can tell you Mexico surprises us at every turn. We’ve not been disappointed with one day of it so far. So anyway at the moment we’re in Palanque which is a pretty agreeable town in itself.
